# Fyonli

> Fyonli is a small-batch Himalayan food brand founded in 2025 by Mukesh Rawat, who grew up in a farming family in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India (co-founded with Ankit Kumar). It sells traditional mountain foods — pahadi dals and rajma, millets, raw honey, bilona ghee, hemp blends, herbs, spices, salts and Kashmiri dry fruits — sourced in small batches from farmers and foragers in Uttarakhand and Kashmir, and sold online across India at thefyonli.com.

The name comes from fyonli (Reinwardtia indica), the small yellow wildflower of the Garhwal hills that children scatter on doorsteps during the Phool Dei spring festival.
