Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change. Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only. Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at thefyonli@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order will need to follow our standard return and refund process.
Refunds
We take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of every order we send. Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:
- Damaged products: If your order arrives visibly damaged due to transit handling.
- Incorrect products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing products: If an item from your order is missing upon delivery.
How to Raise a Refund Request
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to thefyonli@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos as proof of the damage, incorrect item, or missing product.
- Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without adequate proof may not be considered.
Refund Processing
- Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been opened or used after delivery.
- Items that were in perfect condition at the time of delivery but have been damaged due to improper storage or handling after receipt.
- Refund requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made without adequate photographic or video evidence.
