Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at thefyonli@gmail.com with your Order ID. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
- Order successfully cancelled within the allowed window
- Item is damaged, wrong, or unfit for consumption on delivery
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–7 working days of approval.
