What is raw Himalayan honey?

Fyonli’s raw honey is extracted and strained without heating or blending, so it keeps its natural pollen, aroma and tendency to crystallise. There are two origins: a wild forest batch from above Tehri Garhwal, harvested around December, and a single-origin honey from Pahalgam in Kashmir.

Why does raw honey crystallise?

Crystallisation is natural in raw honey and depends on the flowers the bees visited and the temperature. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water.

How can you tell if honey is pure?

Home tests such as the water, flame and thumb tests don’t reliably prove purity; our honey purity test guide explains why. Traceable origin and a short supply chain matter more. More about our honey: raw mountain honey from Garhwal.

Is raw honey safe for babies?

No. Honey, raw or processed, should not be given to infants under 12 months.
