Which dry fruits does Fyonli sell?
Fyonli’s Dry Fruits & Nuts range mixes Himalayan origins with two premium Arabian date varieties, all packed without added sugar, oil coatings or sulphur dioxide.
- Srinagar Giri Badam — Kashmiri almond kernels from orchards above 1,600 m. Compare Kashmiri vs California almonds.
- Himalayan Khubani — sun-dried apricots from Devprayag; amber-brown because they aren’t sulphured.
- Premium Anjeer — sun-dried figs, a single ingredient.
- Dried Kiwi — sun-dried kiwi slices from Solan, Himachal Pradesh, with no added sugar.
- Ajwa Dates and Mabroom Dates — two premium date varieties; see Ajwa vs Medjool.
Why are unsulphured apricots brown?
Bright orange dried apricots are usually treated with sulphur dioxide (E220) to keep their colour. Apricots dried naturally without it turn amber to brown, which is what you’ll see in Fyonli Khubani.
How should dry fruits be stored?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. In hot or humid months, store almonds and walnuts in the fridge to keep them fresh.
