1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food and natural consumables), we generally do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

However, we do accept return/refund requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or unfit for consumption

2. Return Request Process

If you face any of the above issues:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue

3. Refund Policy

Once your request is verified:

  • A full refund will be processed if the issue is genuine
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method, or to your bank account in case of COD orders

4. Replacement Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement of the product, subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is opened, used, or partially consumed
  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage is due to improper storage or handling by the customer

Fyonli products are sourced with care from nature and trusted farmers. While we maintain strict quality checks, natural variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur — this is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
