Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products once opened or used

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
