Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
