Delivery Destinations
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside India and would like to inquire about availability, please write to us at thefyonli@gmail.com.

All orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 working days from the date of confirmed payment. Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of high order volumes — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your location within India. Deliveries to metro cities and major urban centres are generally faster, while remote or hill-area pin codes may take longer.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free delivery on orders above ₹499. Orders below this value may attract a nominal delivery fee as shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details and a link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us at thefyonli@gmail.com.
Delays and Disruptions
While we do everything within our control to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Fyonli will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
