Description
One dal. Nine ingredients. A nutritional powerhouse that comes from the mountains.
“Naurangi” means nine colours — and this rare indigenous blend lives up to its name. Cultivated at high altitude in rain-fed soil, completely free from harsh chemicals, each component contributes its own protein profile, texture, and flavour. Together they form a complete, balanced, plant-based protein that’s as beautiful to look at as it is nourishing to eat. This is a dal that tells the story of true Himalayan biodiversity.
